User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you are looking for good home cooking this is the restaurant for you! The hamburgers are handmade. Have it Mom's way with grilled onions and barbeque sauce. I love the fried chicken breast which is moist, tender and yummy.
Leave room for desserts! The coconut cake is the best and my personal favorite! The strawberry cake is made with real strawberries!
The owners and staff make sure that your meal is the way you like it. My husband and I have a standing once a week lunch date.-

AWESOME! It doesn't get much better than this. If you want great home cooked meals, huge portions, good prices, THE best desserts in Pensacola and the friendliest service too, you will find it here. We came with friends a little over a year ago and now come in 2-3 times a week. This is a mother/daughter team. Mom, Ms Winnie visits every table every day. You become part of her family. That's what makes a good restaurant great. For those of you who like to try new things, daughter Tara makes some super gourmet dishes that rival any of the "better" restaurants in Pensacola (just bigger portions) What some don't know about them, is that they also offer catering from intimate dinner parties to large weddings. Their catering gives you new and different choices for a beautiful and tasty event. The best of all about this restaurant and catering business....... they truly LOVE what they do.

Without a doubt the best food in Pensacola. I live in Alabama and cross the Bay quite often to eat here. The food is delicious and the desserts are to die for. As a matter of fact, my parents live in South Carolina and when I go to visit, I have to take a whole Chocolate Praline Cake with me for my mom and sister. It is beyond words. Employees are super friendly and you get more food than you could possibly eat. Its a small diner so beat the dinner rush.
