User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe customer service at the 9th Ave Blockbuster is horrid. I dealt with Grace and Kati, who both were especially rude. Grace REFUSED to write me a receipt for a movie that THEY had not entered as returned although the movie was behind the counter with a note on it. Grace CLAIMED to have called my house twice and gotten no answer. Surprisingly we have caller ID AND an answering machine. She lied! BLOCKBUSTER was in err regarding the movie that I rented. I had to make three trips to the store before I got the right movie and then they wanted to charge me for the movie (no late fees---HA!)when they had the wrong "case". THEY had changed the cases around each time we were in the store. I returned the movie ON TIME! Never again will I rent from Blockbuster, and I intend to spread the word.....starting here!
