Where do I begin? It started with the ants when we first arrived in our King room. Then we were switched to a room with strong paint fumes, then one that had a strong smell of cigarettes, and finally we ended up with a double room that had a loud running water pipe!!!
Also, our room keys malfunctioned 50% of the time, I had to switch out our room cards 5-6 times because they would stop working after a day or two!!!
Dirtiest carpets I've ever seen, and room service took 1 and a half hours to arrive after I ordered it!!! Since there is already a 18% gratuity added to the food bill, I did not think I had to give more of a tip to the server who brought the food, BUT the rude server asked for a tip and came back knocking on my door again bothering me, I think to "get his tip".
Also, I was asked 4-5 times by a housekeeper when I was checking out!!! Can it get any better than this?
Seriously, pay the extra money to stay somewhere better.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur Junior/Senior High School Band stayed here for the night before a completion at the University of Florida. We requested 17 rooms with double beds and 9 kings. The room keys were marked (Double or King) and ready when we checked in at 10:00 PM. Every room was clean and well appointed. They opened the restaurant an hour early so we could eat and get to the University. A person from the hotel took me around the parking lot to find the best place for us to park our busses and trailer. GREAT SERVICE. We will stay here again.

The hotel doesn't allow you to check in early! They overcharged my Visa card and the front desk staff was VERY
