My family did a change of address from out of state to Milton. We had been getting all our mail before (except for the ones from out of state with our name on it). Well after that I hadn't seen mail for us in a while. I had two items from two different people ordered and sent to my house and both in the tracking system listed "undeliverable as addressed". I checked the address those packages were sent to--they were the correct address. The 800 number told me that all they could see was "undeliverable as addressed" and that they had no more info. I asked for the number for the local office, and they falsely informed me that there was no number to the local office and that all USPS calls go to the national call center. I did not accept that answer and found the local number myself and asked them for more info. I gave them my address and they said they had my packages and that they were being held due to change of address. They asked me if I still lived in Milton and read me back my address. I told them that yes that is my current address. The supervisor told me that my packages would be delivered today and hung up on me. It is the end of the day and packages are yet to be seen. Our mail is probably being sent from Milton to our out of state home and then delivered back to the post office since we do not live there anymore. My co-worker has had her own trouble yelling and going back and forth with them for a month. Wish the establishment was organized and the staff was more competent.

The rural carriers are horrible. Our mail has constantly been delivered to another street where the house numbers are the same as ours, one block south of our street. Repeated talks with the carrier and the Post Office have given NO results. It has cost me an appointment with the VA and today I made an unnecessary trip to Pensacola as we failed to get the letter informing us of a change of appointment dates. Folks, this is ongoing and we are at a loss to figure out a resolution to this.
