User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWell first, you get the same rudeness here in Germany as you might in the Bitburger Pub. I live in Germany and have been to the Bitburger Pub. Yeah there may be things that you may not like but overall, what I had there was great. It would have been better had I lived in Blue Water so I could walk home as we do here or take the train. Keep in mind, it's hard to make it like it is in Germany. I've had some really bad meals here and the Germans have looked at me like I'm crazy and I've still had to pay full price for garbage. It may not be as far from Germany as you think!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe other inquiries don't give an accurate description of Bitburger. The entire cooking staff consists of trained, German chefs who cook amazing meals with generous portions. The Jaeger Schnitzel is served with spaetzle, not pan fried potatoes but you may substitute and there are pommes frites (french fries) offered with many meals through out the menu. Also, if you expect to find an entire German staff that's just unreasonable.
Now if you're looking for a pleasant atmosphere; courteous staff; and authentic, made in house, great, German food then you came to the right place. The menu has so much to offer, from Saurbraten to 3 variations of schnitzel to fabulous dessert and much more. I've never had a bad meal there and I'll be returning soon. Hope to see ya in Bitburger ;)-

Worst meal ever today, avoid the Bitburger Pub if you are looking for good German food. I have visited the pub before but the quality is gone. Manager told us that the managment had changed. The meat was terrible, tough and dry with the flavor of cardboard and every one of our four orders were delivered wrong to the table, salad had been changed to some sort of strange mess on the plate and the homemade dressing was gone and replaced with a cheap bottled dressing. This was a great place to eat but not anymore. we will never waste our time going back. The manager (German) was rude when i told her I didn't like the food so I did not eat,(never know what would happen in the kitchen). Went next door and had a hamburger. Pity as it was a good place to eat.
