Will never return. My boyfriend & I visited for the first time last week looking to make several necklaces for gifts. Not one person greeted us, we walked around for 8 minutes (looking confused & lost) and finally one person asked if we wanted to see a pre-made necklace. There was 1 other person in the store and two sales associates. Very poor customer service. Greeting people and asking if it was your first time in a bead store is a no brainer. If you see two people just walking around lost looking at beads, ask if you can help them! Sorry Avalon but you have lost two customers and probably more from lack of a simple greeting and common customer service.
