User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsalthough the staff was friendly, the oil change I received was horrible!!! The guy that did my oil change apparently forgot to screw on the screw for the filter, and driving home, it had popped off... I didn't realize it until my dad drove the car and realized something was wrong (my car was new! only 4 months!) and so we went to another auto center and they told us what happened and we were stuck with a $200 bill, for replacing the filter and its screws.... I am never coming back to this Tuffy Center again!

This service center was staffed by very helpful, honest, kind people who were of terrific help to me. I was in town briefly with a rental car that had a problem. They were able to take my car almost immediately, were very efficient, extremely courteous and very competent. They immediately identified the problem and helped me work with the rental company. I was not charged anything, but I inquired about pricing for other services for my daughter's car, and they are very fairly priced. I would highly recommend their services.

the most pleasent experiance with an atou shop I've ever had, they polite, courtious, didn't try to put on the extras, and the price was right
