A coworker and I ate here for lunch. The food was not impressive - the chips were hard and the food was skimpy for what you had to pay. It tasted like any other bland, chain Mexican food place. We ordered a half order of bean and cheese nachos ($5.95) with jalepenos on the side and sour cream. They charged us $3.00 extra for the jalepenos and sour cream which came to $9.00 for a 1/2 order of lunch bean and cheese nachos. Most places' nachos come with jalepenos, so why are we paying extra for them? I don't mind paying a little more for great food, but this was just mediocre at best. We definitely will not be returning and I suggest that you only come here if you want to waste your money.

Two of us went to Cancun's Mexican Restaurant for lunch on a Sunday at about 1:00. There were only a few people in the restaurant at the time so the service was very fast and very efficient. The layout of the dining rooms and the bar were good. I think even had there been more people there it would have still not felt crowded. The chips and salsa were great and (though we didn't sample them) the restaurant has been voted "Best Margaritas" in the area. The food was very good and we really enjoyed our visit there. Im sure we will be returning to Cancun's on our next trip to Destin.
