User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWent to Big 10 to replace 1 tire. Staff initially very professional, but then became "uncomfortable" if only replacing ONE rear tire. Stated that they would feel better if I replaced BOTH rear tires, even though the other tire had been replaced less than 6 months ago. Seemed to be disappointed when I would only go for the one tire. Ok quality work, but the sales pitch was lame.
