User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI found them pleasant, the place was quaint, The limited menu was the type you see at most BARS that allow smoking. The establishment was clean and the bartender I met was nice. As far as keeping a credit card, I don't see the problem, if you go home without your card that means you did not pay your bill!!
