Been with Dr. K for a very long time and although he is a great doctor, the customer service has gone drastically down hill. WITH an appointment my average wait time is OVER an hour.
Dr K is very capable, willing to try new medicines, and very up to date in his procedures. He cares about his patients, but also recognizes that they have a part to play in any healthcare regimen and makes them want to commit to it. His associates are also very capable and computer knowledgeable. I have been going there for 5 years now, and it is about a 45 minute drive from my home. His office has early morning appointments (from 7 am ) and some late afternoon appointments (530 pm), so they are very available, even in an emergency situation.
qualified, yet frustrating: I've been with Dr. Krupitsky for many years and I've seen a decling in his customer service and patient care over the years. I have become so frustrated with my experiences at his office that, if I were not relocating out of state soon, I would find a new doctor.
He is capable, but dealing with his office staff and sometimes him can be extremely frustrating and leave you feeling as though you're just a check to them.

i feel that too, i see DR. Repass but still the office staff are absolutely ridiculous. I've had the same back problem since i've been going here and still they tell me i have to come in and ask her to fill it myself, and i have no insurance, so its $70 JUST to talk to her and i live in oviedo, its quite a drive
