    As unbelievable as this may seem, the Waffle House in Altamonte is better than the other two 24hr breakfast serving restaurants within a 1-mile radius. Dennys and Steak N Shake on 436 do not match-up well to the hospitality of the staff, nor the quality of the food. I have gone there 5 times in two months at all times of the day, ordered breakfast and dinner at the same time even... The food is prepared quickly and the staff are very friendly especially to regulars. A great place to eat in Altamonte Springs, especially if you are right next door at the Residence Inn, or down a ways at the Holiday Inn.

    Cold food, worse service: The food was slow, and the waitresses nasty. Granted, we did go several years ago, but never will we return!
