User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOn Sunday, April 13, 2008 my family and I went to this restaurant after the Church rush. After sitting down we waited for over fifteen minutes with no one coming to the table my daughter finally went to the Cashier post and got another lovely lady who waited on us. As my daughter is a former Sonny's employee she knows that a customer is suppose to at least be greeted within two minutes after sitting down. We were very disappointed as this particular restaurant has a great salad bar and we were never treated like this in the past. And the waitress that was suppose to wait our table never even said a peep to us.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe dont plan to ever go back: Restaurant is very dirty,walls,chairs,blinds, everything we could see from our seat was filthy. Dried sauce on the walls,just terrible.Service was minimum at best,our server was very loud and rude to other people in the restaurant, our food came fairly quick,it was all cold.The only thing that was warm was the coleslaw,all the rest of the food was not warm,bread was tough,fries were very greasy, not a good value.....over 22.00 for 2 people to eat cold fries,tough garlic bread,two bites of slaw, and a small pile of cold pork. Upon checkout the cashiers were very slow to acknowledge us and take our payment, it was not a busy time,the place was half full. We were very displeased and wont be returning.
