User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhat magicians they have at Bryant Auto! They can turn a minor repair into something major. I can understand why people told me to stay away from them. My car had more leaks and problems after I took it to them for a simple oil change. One guy there looked so hung over I was afraid to let him pull the car onto the lift rack. I should have known right away that they were not the kind of place I should do business with.
They overcharge for everything and expect the customer to just happily give it to them, no questions asked.
If this is the way they have been doing business in Bell, I'm surprised they haven't been closed down long ago. I learned my lesson. I will never take my car there again and I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy. This business and the people who work there are ......
and I don't think they really know how to run a business. They were so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. And what's with the kids running around in the work area! And what about the guy who was smoking while working on the car? Doesn't safety mean anything to these people? I could go on for days about all the terrible things I have heard about Bryant Auto from the people in Bell. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was wrong. I should have listened to my friends and family and avoided that place. It would have saved me money and time.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI Don't know why every one thinks that Bryant's Automotive is so good.I took my car to them for a minor repair it needed blinker lights,and not only did they keep putting it off fo 4 weeks but when I went to go check on the progress of my repair the dumby said they did not know they were even suppose to be working on my car.They also parked it next door and left my keys in it.when I discovered what had happened I told them I did not appreciate this they did not care.Then they wanted me to pay them 250$ cause they said they fixed my windows wich was a lie .My windows were never the issue.That was my first and last experience with them.i hope they go out of buisness.

You aren't the only one to be ripped off. My friends have lost a lot more than $250 for bad repairs done there. Sorry, you learned the hard way. I will never do business with them.
