User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis shop repairs all of our family's vehicles. With 4 teenagers in the house, we have had to use their shop 5 times, and each time I have been I have been totally surprised by the level of professionalism and commitment to customer service. The owner Jim is so easy to deal with and really makes the experience of a car accident so much easier. I reccomend this shop to everyone I know. you won't be disappointed with the quality of the repairs either, they restored my cars to new condition. I have always felt confident with their credentials as my insurance company (and most others) reccomends them as a preferred shop and they have displayed all their technicians training credentials on the wall in the main office. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you ever find yourself in need of paint or body repairs, I highly reccomend this shop if you want the repairs done right the first time. Jim will make you feel at ease and guide you through the repair process. I love this shop!!! Tell them Serena sent you.

Quality Collision has worked on two of our vehicles. They are very nice and do a nice job. Estimate came in UNDER price that was quoted. The owner is very nice and readily available. Great job on the repair

His help is NOT certified ! If you have a car thats been damaged, he'll over estimate the repairs. Been caught doing so by several insurance companys. He cuts corners on your repairs , if his " paint and body man" can do so without your knowledge. It takes forever for the repairs to be done on your car!
