User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ordered a simple pepperoni and mushroom pizza and when it was delivered it was a sausage, onions, black olives, and anchovies pizza. When i told the guy that i wasnt accepting this pizza he threw it on my porch toppings down. He is lucky i was not only tired, but my kids were there. I called the restaurant and the manager offered me 1/2 off my next purchase. Needless to say this place is rediculous. I do not recommend this place to people i dont like!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis restaurant takes forever to deliver your pizza I was told 45 mins to 1 hr so when 1 1/2 hrs went by i called to check on my order & they gave me an attitude! Instead of telling me that my order was on its way he asked me if i wanted to cancel my order. What kind of customer service is that!?!?!? They just don't seem to care. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BROADWAY PIZZA AGAIN...I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THE STAFF IS!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was not too crazy about this place, it is definitely too dark in there & I feel they could do a better job of keeping the place looking CLEAN. The only good thing i have to say about this place is that it is open late.
