    the service in this location is very poor. there is no good customer service, no communication among the employees.

    Guaranteed in stock???: I have YET to go into this blockbuster and find a movie that is in stock!
    They guarantee that certain movies will be, yet they can't live up to their guarantee they can only offer you a raincheck! It needs serious help or better management. Hollywood Video ALWAYS has full stock and better selections!
