User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI've lived in quite a few places across the US and this is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. In fact, it is the ONLY post office I've ever had problems with. They've left packages on my lawn instead of at my front door!, they've delivered mail when I had a hold request because I was out of town!, they deliver wrong mail frequently, they periodically send mail back saying it's undeliverable to my address (what?!), they leave my mailbox lid open, the list goes on. I've complained to the national USPS phone number and to the postmaster, but of course nothing ever changes because they have no incentive to change because the USPS is a government run monopoly. And this post office in particular is extremely ineptly run.

I received my mail tonight at 7:45 p.m. When I took it out of my box, I discovered it wasn't my mail, but my next door neighbor's mail. I wonder who got my mail?The mail mixup happens quite frequently when my regular carrier is off.
