   Do not take your car to this if you want avoid problems. I took my car to ruben and got my water pump, timing belt done last year october of 07. It hasn't even been a full year, and my water pump is leaking again. i took it back to ruben, with receipt in hand, cuz im still under warranty. i told them the situation, and he said he's going to have someone look at it. One hour later , he is trying to charge me the labor of $230, to put another water pump in my car. I asked about the warranty, and he said the the warranty only covers the labor for 90 days. The funny thing is that it did not say that on the the receipt. Now listen to this guys... i call my mobile machanic friend , and he takes apart my timing belt and water pump in minutes. Come to find out that the parts where used, not new at all folks... i saw it with my own eyes!!!! .... so mad. They charged me $430 to do the work , and they used old parts. That is the world that ruben lives in....he's a scam... My machanic says that i am not the only victim...he told me that about half of his customers took their car to Ruben, and wish they didn't.. So do say i didn't warn you

   I have always had the best service with this company and Milton has been one of the nicest persons I have ever delt with I belive in Ruben"s Tires and Auto sales.

   Honest service.: I went with a problem in my car not only they fix it, they told me what could wait to be fix and what was urgent. The prices were great and the service manager name Sebastian explained me every single detail.
