Hi welcome to Burger King we are out of Hash Browns, Bisquits, and Orange Juice what can I get for you?
This how I was greated this morning when I went to order...whats left?? now it wouldnt have been so bad I guess if it was just bisquits she had said because as I was in line in drive thru the truck was being unloaded.. hmmm hash browns 7 minutes in fryer so thats not a excuse.. OJ well its in a carton so thats not a excuse ...bisquits okay I will give you that one 30 to 35 minuted to bake off.. so what is this stores problem? did they not even order these items on the truck or is the manager to lazy to go out and ask for these items first .. I was a BK manager yes you can and yes they will get it for you... but hey thats okay iI really wanted McDonalds anyway...
This Burger King is better that the Orange City On: The Burger King in Orange City is even worse. The last time we were there
the trash cans were overflowing, they were out of french fries, the tea and coffee were empty. They had to bring ice for the soda machine. I have never seen a Burger King in such bad shape. Makes the one in Deland look like a company headquarters. Trust me - the employees were terrible.
If you're looking for lousy service - Go There: Typical Burker King Fast Food served at their location (1850 S. Woodland - 17-92), but not very "fast" and the service is worse than we ever had at any fast food restaurant. Employees are rude, they don't care about customers and the place was never clean when we were there. This review is written after over 15 visits and even attempting to contact a manager. Suggestion #1: If you go through the drive thru...please check your order before leaving the window, our's was wrong most of the time. Suggestion #2: Wendy's, Checkers & McDonalds as well as another Burger King are not that far away...... Maybe one day a District or Regional Manager can straighten this place out. But only time will tell.
