I took my truck to them to get my transmission looked at, as I thought, it needed to be replaced. I was quoted a rough estimate of about $1200 to $1500 for all the work, labor ect... After the initial inspection of the transmission, I was called and quoted the same price again, and it would not be over $1500, so I told them to go ahead with the work. When I was called to pick up my truck four days later, I was was shocked to see a bill of almost $2000, ($1955.58) to be exact, $455 over what I was told would be the maximum charge. When I asked what happend to the 1200 to 1500, I was told that it was an estimate and not an exact price, NOT what I was told on the phone, and that any estimate is NOT including tax, and disposal fees. I was able to talk to the manager, who was very nice and polite, but had the same answer. I continued to complain, and finally was told that the work was done, and that I could not get my truck back until the bill was paid in full. I grudgingly paid the bill and got my truck back.
They did a GREAT job on the transmission, and I still have no problems to this day, and the staff is very polite, HOWEVER if you take your car or truck here MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR THE ENTIRE CHARGE, INCLUDING ALL TAXES AND DISPOSAL FEES, as these are NOT told up-front.
