I am VERY Disappointed.
Sales people here give real bad rap for other car sales people - perhaps it's the training given by the top sales person Herbert or someone.
He may be selling a lot, but making even more enemies.
I'm interested in finding out how many return business he gets.
He should be fired for the dealership's long term success.

Horrible Service: They treated me horribly. Changed things without my consent and argued to keep the car if I refuse to pay. Compeltely unethical. Management had the same attitude... very sad..

Sloooow: I bought a new Altima last year. They were a total pain in the butt to work with on financing but that could have been because I was equally a pain. But then it took TWO HOURS before they brought my car around - the salesman (John) told me they were doing an extra thorough waxing but when the car came out there was still wet soap on it. And the gas tank wasnt even full. Then he had the nerve to try to tell me to fill out a good review for him when the survey came in the mail. When the survey came and I saw that it wasnt anonymous I threw it right in the garbage, he wasnt even worth the time it would have taken to fill it out. I dont wish to have any more dealings with someone who lied right to my face.
