Unprofessional, rude, costly, expensive.
My service advisor Brandon said one thing and turned out to be another. Didnt address my concerns and charged $100 for doing absolutely nothing.
Look at other reviews on the internet. This company is not worth your time or money.-

I needed to buy a helmet but they did not have my size in stock. They said they could ordered and have it for me in 5 business days. I ageed and paid for it.
After a month of ordering my helmet, they did not receive it yet. When I said I need to cancel the order to buy another helmet in stock, they said I have to pay 15% reestocking fee. You have to be kidding me .... paying a restocking fee for something has not even been ship out from their warehouse in California.
Well, there was no way to avoid that 15% reestocking fee and still waiting for my helmet to come ....
I am in the process of buying another motorcycle and FOR SURE, Seminole Powersports will NOT be the place for it. The will have more to lose than the 5% of the reestocking fee helmet. -

We chose to go in exremely upside down on a fourwheeler we bought from Seminole Power Sports just because the do not stand behind what they sell!!! We will never in our life purchase anything from them!! We would recommend to everyone, please shop around and go somewhere that has great costumer service and a great service department, which Seminole Powersports has neither!!!
