User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm not one for change, but upon trying the food at China Eight,I can tell you it is great. The flavor of their food is wonderful and fresh as well. My favorite is the hot and sour soup. The mushrooms are plump and whole. Sometimes I'll even eat it cold, right out of the fridge, it's that good.
