User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsUse to be happy: When I first started looking for a new vehicle in 2005, I did a LOT of research and decided on a Honda Odyssey. Our original sales representative was extremely helpful and really put us at ease. The service department was very nice and worked hard to help us with small issues. They even upgraded our rental car due to the size of our family. However, recently I went back to look at downsizing our van to a car and was made to feel horrid! The sales rep who took over for the first one was distant, non-communicative, and treated me like I was trash. When I contacted the original rep to complain about my treatment my call was never responded to. This one terrible incident has turned me against this dealership in such a way that I'm even reluctant to purchase another Honda in my life. It's amazing how one bad, terrible, horrible person can ruin an entire dealership.
