User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDisappointing. I took the accelaterated class, hoping to save time. It is supposed to be 63 hours of class. Instead, we had class from 9 am till 3 or 4 pm for 4 days, and on Friday, the instructor/owner told us we were finished at 11 am. At most we had 30 hours of class. When someone asked if we could review math problems, she said she didn't normally do reviews, and that's what the book was for. I am not even close to prepared for the state exam.
Perhaps if you already know all about real estate, and consider this class merely a formality, this is for you. If you expect to really get prepared for the state exam, go elsewhere.
