User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have purchase three new vehicles from this dealership. I highly recommend Bob in sales. He really is no pressure...we couldn't believe it and always gets us the price we want. We continue to use him and refer him to our friends.
Living in Kissimmee, it is actually closer to buy and service our Toyota's at Central FL Toyota...but we avoid them at all costs. Push sales people that don't care and a service dept that is hard to make an appt with.
We drive an hour out of our way to get service/MX on all our vehicles. Service is prompt and professional. I don't know why the other reviews are so bad.-

Wow, no words can describe the awful service you will receive at this dealership. The staff is nice but have no clue how to fix a car or treat the customer right. I have been to this place over 10 times in the past year and a half for the same lame issue, each time being promised to have a resolution by service managers. Each time, after getting the car back, the issue starts again. Nobody has a clue how to fix my car yet they sure know how to offer expensive solutions on what MIGHT be the problem. They seem to think that trial and error with your bank account is the only solution. The only reason I even continue to go there is because my parts are under warranty. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on these car quacks. Complete morons...

Avoid the repair shop at all cost. I took my car there for a mechanical problem. They told me it would cost me around $250. They actaully refused to show me the problem personally so i took my car somewhere else. Turns out it was only a Ten dollar job.
