This program will promote muscular strength, endurance, core stability and when done regularly, will help promote weight loss and increased muscle tone. We limit class size to 12 per team so that the athletes can bond and work together to accomplish the same fitness goals. By forming bonds with other team members it fulfills the social and mental aspect of unity. One of our tools that allow us to have athletes at different levels training together is our interval timer. From Marathon runners to some one that doesn't EVER exercise, are team has it all. The Teams are able to do the same routine because they have a certain time limit to do as many repetitions as possible in that time frame. Each athlete is competing against their BEST. Less
