I went to this BK on 2/19 and got a good meal at drive thru. I got receipt and wanted to call to 866 number to get discount for future purchase. I tried calling the tel # of this store about 8 times, and couldn't get anyone to answer...and this is at about 9:30 PM, Sat. Even. I can't imagine they would be so busy they couldn't answer. What's wrong? If employees won't answer the phone, then take it out, remove it from listing and problem solved. Fire everyone duty at this time, and get new employees that WANT TO WORK!. Don't fire the Manager. I've managed for over 30 years, and a Mgr. Can't be in all places at all times. Give the MGR support and assistance to get GREAT employees. Give him/her the tools they need to succeed. This isn't Baseball/Football/Sports, where the solution seems always to be be "fire the Mgr." I don't know who the Mgr is here, but I have great sympathy and support for him/her, as I know how fastfood chains "tend" to function. I never did get thru on the phone to the stores!!!.
I will never go inside again: This Burger King has the worst employees ever and a manager that tries hard but get's no respect from his workers. I emailed the corporate office about this location and never heard anything back from them. The ketchup dispenser was broken and an employee on break actually laughed when an older man got ketchup all over his hands. Didn't offer to help or anything. The order line was so backed up and all these employees just sitting around or yelling at the manager. No employee said thank you or even looked at you. Could not understand most of them anyway.
