    This is a fantastic store, with excellent management, and they provide exceptional customer service.

    We purchased a washer and dryer there, and one year later the dryer crashed. We paid a lot of money for repairs, and the appliance repair company could not get it right. I documented 26 calls to the appliance manufacturer; they finally admitted; even though they advertise their allpiances are "build strong to last long", the particular model I purchased was not. They refused to do anything for us....

    That's when I called Lowe's managers. It was a matter of a couple of calls, and even though the appliance company refused to stand behind their product, Lowe's managers in Sanford FL agreed to credit us with the total purchase price of the dryer, toward the purchase of a new one. We bought a new dryer and we love it...(We changed brands, buying a Bosch, and that was a wise move.)Since then we replaced our washer with a Bosch, from the Lowe's store in Sanford FL as well.

    The management at Lowe's in Sanford was fantastic. They truly care, they gave us excellent service and treated us with dignity and respect.

    I HIGHLY recommend you shop at Lowe's in Sanford FL. When shopping for anything they sell, we buy it from Lowe's in Sanford FL.
