310 is too high batting average for this place. I think maybe 280 is right. It's another "see and be seen" place on the Avenue. Actually, watching the poseurs is one of the best features. The food better than average but very inconsistent. The wait staff is typically young and/or inexperienced. Don't make this the place for a special occasion, but it's a worthwhile spot for a casual meal.
With a packed resturant the food still got out in a reasonable amount of time. It was fabulous food with reasonable prices. While SPICE next door was totally abandoned, 310 was full. We went there and were pleasantly surprised by the prompt service. The drinks were refilled immediatly and the food was out within 15 minutes. I have nothing bad to say about this place!
I love 310. It is one of my favorite restaurants. I can always count on great food and great service. The owner is there the majority of the time and things run like clockwork. I don't understand the other 2 reviews above. The first one must have 310 confused with Luma's and the second one with 9pm reservations on a Saturday night? You should know you will be waiting no matter where you dine. They try very hard to make certain everyone is taken care of.
