From the time we walked into the restaurant until we left(we ordered to go), was about a 25 minute ordeal. There was man who finally left without his fries because of the wait. A lady was standing there waiting on her burgers that weren't on her tray when she went to sit down. I guess she'd been standing there a while too.
The employees were very loud and unprofessional. Yelling back and forth at each other from the front of the restaurant to the kitchen. The cashier and manager hollared for another employee who was sitting in the lobbey to clock back in while there were customers waiting to be waited on. I heard someone say "pissed off" from the back which I thought was EXTREMEMLY unprofessional. There were children in the restaurant but besides that, I don't want to hear that either.
They were out of straws and when a customer asked for one, no one came over to refill the straw holder.
The food was ok. After eating and recollecting my experience in the store, I now remember why I don't eat at Krystal's. It will probably be another 10 years before I go back. Especially to this store location.
