We ate breakfast there today. Our table of two waited ten minutes before our order was taken. The table next to us, another table of two, arrived five minutes after us, but they got their food a long time before we got ours. When I asked the waitress if she could check our order, she barked that "It's on it's way...we are busy!!". It was another ten minutes before the food arrived.
Meanwhile, the couple next to us who arrived long after us had eaten their breakfasts and left before our order even arrived at our table. And our food was cold when it arrived!
And another couple on the other side of us were also complaining about the same bad service and were also waiting interminably for their breakfasts.
We won't be returning to Colonial Room.

I am the manager of the Colonial Room Restaurant, I am sorry you had an experience like that at our restaurant. If you would come back we would love to try and make it up to you, as you can see in the other reviews this is not the norm for our restaurant. Give us a try again and i'm sure you will not be sorry. Ask for Angie or Barb when you come in and we will make sure you are properly taken care of and would also like to know who the server was that spoke to you that way.
