I retained Ms. McClintic to represent my son, who is only 16 years old, on juvenille sexual battery charges. Essentially, he was charged with rape. Ms. McClintic did a very good job. My son did some things he should not have done, and my family has dealt with that as a family. Ms. McClintic kept my son from being put in a juvenile prison. Ms. McClintic sat us all down and was very straight with us about what could happen and what the law said. I liked her alot. She used to be a Catholic nun and I felt very comfortable with her. She was also a detective in Miami, so she knows a lot of how things work. She needs an updated photograph though. In her ads, it looks like she's in her 40s, but she is a lot older in person. My wife and I could not reccommend her enough.
