You pay a fair rate for service, but they do not perform it. They wipe it up and vacuum to give the illusion that a complete detail has been done, but upon inspection you will find they have not done the job and refuse to refund the service. I asked them on three different occasions if they were sure the work was done and was told yes. After inspecting my car I found dirt still on the floor in the backseat, the dealer plastic still taped on the floor in the front seats, the trunk still had stains that could be removed by a damp rag. I requested a full shampoo of seats, carpet and the trunk. The seats were not even moist and there was not a fresh scent present. There was still dust and dirt on the dashboard.

Manager, Mike refused to refund my money. He wants me to meet him there to inspect it when he was given that chance when I questioned the other manager, Alex about it before I left with the vehicle.
