User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSAD SERVICE: THEY REALLY NEED TO TIGHTEN UP AT THIS STORE AND GET IT TOGETHER. EVERYTIME THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM. IN THE DRIVE THRU TOOK 5 MIN BEFORE I ORDERED A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND SIDE SALAD I PAID THEN GOT TO THE NEXT WINDOW AND WAS TOLD TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE TO WAIT. WHEN I WAITED AND DECIDED TO GO IN AND ASK FOR MY FOOD THEY SAID SHE WAS STILL MAKING MY SALAD. OK HERE SHE COMES WITH SIX SALADS. SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 MIN TOOK 21 MINUTES. DON'T GO IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnsatisfied Customer: Visited this McDonalds on sunday Mar4,07 at about 10:30pm, waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes to get to the menue board and an employee came on the intercom and said it will be at least 20 minutes before I can take your order. I told her Ive been in line for about 20 mins and now its going to be another 20 before you will even take my order? She said"thats what I said", So if I dont want to wait another 20 mins to just have you take my order I have to go somewhere else? She said in a negative tone "thats not my problem". I therefore drove off as did several customers before me and Im sure several after me. No reason given as to why the wait. This is one location Im sure I wont frequent again as will anyone I tell of my experience.
