I WENT TO 3 FORD DEALERS BEFORE THIS ONE AND WALKED OUT $#%#%^ - NOT HAPPY.
THEN I CALLED THIS ONE AND CINDY ANSWERED THE PHONE - SHE WAS WILLING TO MEET ME AT THE DEALERSHIP ON HER DAY OFF WHEN SHE LEARNED THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ANY LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP. SHE'S THE BEST! SERVICE HERE IS GREAT AS WELL.
We bought a 2007 mustang in October '06 from Courtesy. The sales dept. was nice to deal with but when we had trouble with the car, the service department was terrible to deal with. Had the trottle race on the car and could had to shut it off and have it towed in. Very dangerous issue with the car. Well, the service dept. told us they could not find anything wrong with it. When I picked it up I found out they just reset the computer and codes went away.
When it happen again, my wife was driving and almost crashed into something because the trottle just took off again. I took it to Greenway Ford and they found a bad mass air sensor and replaced it right away. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FORD TO COURTESTY SERVICE DEPT. Especially if it is a safety situation because they don't care to find the problem.
We all know how hard it is to find a good auto mechanic shop. Well I've found one. I went here for what I expected to be a simple repair, and the manager gave me an honest and low cost estimate. I also asked them to do an oil change. They performed all these services with honesty, high quality and at a very reasonable cost.
