User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSeems nothing much has changed since 2007... they said they delivered a parcel that never arrived, tried to track it down by calling the 1 800 number, they eventually left a message and the phone number they left, which is the one listed here, is a continuous message saying the office hours [which I called during] and to call back when they were open, which they should have been... but nobody seems to be answering the phones there... so who knows? It was right after lunch, so maybe they are still out to lunch ;)
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsterrible. waited over a week for my paycheck to travel 3 miles. i have ten dollars to my name and when i go to call them and ask if they can help track down my money they dont even answer the phones. thanks guys.
