Left nothing to be desired … In short Sam and his team were awesome. Bottom line: 5 diamond service.
Fast and professional!!

My story: I was recently in my first accident after 10 years of driving. :( That is due to a little skill and a whole lot of luck. I unfortunately rear ended someone and it was not a pleasant experience. So I did what you are probably doing right now, searching the internet for body shops or auto repair in Orlando. I came across ace paint and body, read the reviews, and gave them a call. It turns out that they work with the insurance people and take care of everything for you. I didn’t have to take the car to numerous places to get quotes for the insurance people. He took my insurance claim number and handled it all for me. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready the following Monday. I was quite pleased with the turnaround time considering the extensive damage (front end, side panel, minor frame damage). When I went to pick up my car I was amazed and how perfect it looked. I couldn’t tell that it had even been in an accident. The service was exceptional they even went so far as to vacuum and wash the car once it was finished. They also gave me a guarantee on their work. So if you get in an accident go see Sam he will treat you like family.

I must have the worst luck when it comes to cars. 4 years with my VW and 3 1/2 accidents later, I found myself having to search for (another) autobody repair shop. Only this time, I'm far from the comforts of home. A new Floridian with a nice new bashed-in back spoiler (compliments of an FSU student), along with a dragging front spoiler (compliments of driving over a big-rig tire...hence the 1/2 accident...), I stuck with the recommendations provided by my insurance company. I also took the recommendation of fellow Yahoo! reviewers.

In short, Ace provided a comparable price to two others I had scoped out. I explained my dual-fix situation and walked away with a quote several hundred less than the others. The price went up slightly due to parts costing more than he expected, but all in all it was fair. The owner, Sam, was able to get my car done in only a few days and the paintwork was beautiful. He is probably the best autobody shop in terms of communication - keeping me updated prior to receiving the parts, letting me know when my car would be ready, etc. He even stayed past closing when I was running late from school.

Four stars in part for the price variance, but moreso because I'm hesitant to give fives after only one visit. If you're looking around for a good autobody in Winter Park/Orlando, definitely add this one to the list!

Ace fixed the dents in my truck and made it look like new, nothing but great work and excellent customer service.
