User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOkay, well I thought id try again...Needed to know some prices and info regarding a spongebob cake for my daughters 2nd bday....Okay a week in advance fine...They didnt want to give me any prices/pics designs nothing via email..I live 2hours away and needed a spongebob cake...The owner is very rude! WOW and he finally quoted me a price...$100!!!!INSANE! ANY ONE KNOW ANY OTHER GOOD CAKE MAKERS

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe place does not have good customer service at all. They want to communicate with you via email and not over the phone. I did not like this. If anyone else has experienced this problem let me know and I can and will refer you to a GREAT AWESOME CAKE PERSON.
I do not recommend SPRINKLES

I agree.. I was over them after calling a couple of times! Try Clara's Bakery in Casselberry! The best service and most amazing detail on her cakes with a better price!
