The pers...See MoreWhen there was an inadvertant error in an online Mother's Day order, I called them from Taiwan to request help. The person I spoke with was so nice! She fixed everything just the way it was supposed to be, and in addition to sending the correct basket, she let my mom keep the flowers sent in error as well. I haven't seen the basket, but my sister-in-law tells me it is absolutely gorgeous, and so heavy she can't lift it! Thanks for the wonderful follow up, I will most certainly use your services again and again!
