THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS.

I called to see if they had a certain item the woman that answered said not right now but it will be ready when you get here. I left my house on the east side and got there to find out they had none. I was told 20 min wait. I placed a $37 order. and left to do some shopping. Came back 15 min later and waited. 15 mins after that i finally asked if the food was ready. The woman said "I dont know" and kept on ding what she was doing. I finally asked the woman who took my order what was going on and she went to check. I heard her yelling at someone " I thought you told me 20 mins" she came back and told me it would be ready in a while. I asked her what "a while" ment and she said 10 mins. She then asked me if I wanted a beef patty and something to drink. I told her i ordered both and I didn't want to have dinner without my family. Then someone called her and she walked away.

I would have left but I made the trip all the way over there and I promised my in-laws some really good carribean food.

20 mins later my order#165 was up at the same time as order # 189. I then asked for 2 drinks instead of the extra patty and drink that the woman had offered earlier. The woman asked her and she said "no you can have one drink you are asking for too much". i asked her about her earlier offer and she stated she was only authorized to give out the drink. They made such a big commotion about the extra drink that about this time people were looking at me and it embarrased me. I went to grab my food and while walking away i noticed the patties i ordered were not in the bag.I went back to get them and was told that they were out of the spicy patties that i ordered.By this time I was so livid that i asked the woman if she thought it was acceptable for someone paying money for something to have to go through this kind of hassle. She said no but there was nothing she could do about them being out of spicy pattes.

When the food did get to my inlaws they were upset about the time . I told them i had to run some errands and thats what took so long. My mother in law said the food was not tender like it usually is. "You were gone so long for this" was what I got.

Am i from another planet? Should i have been treated this way though i was so patient?

Best Jamaican food you can find in Orlando at a reasonable price. Food is always consistent, I've yet to be disappointed. You can also find most Caribbean seasonings and spice.
