First off, I am a longtime Harley owner for nearly 25 years. I understand that Harley dealers are tough and protect the price of their product. However, this dealership brings new meaning to unscrupulous dealing. Here is a tip for purchasing from Orlando Harley (at least this one of many other Orlando Harley dealers).
1.) Get everything they say in writing. On our purchase from these guys, they flat out lied about the cost of the bike, accessories, and freight. Investigate what you buy from them fully on harley's website.
2.) Do not let the bike leave the showroom until you have fully inspected it!!! We found several items damaged, and they refused to remedy the problem when we brought the bike in. They wanted to work it as a warranty item with additional expenses to the customer.
3.) Look over all legal documents before you put your final signature. They added more fluff than I have ever seen at any vehicle dealership.
I bought my RKC from them earlier this year, and I regret it every single day. It is the worst experience I have had at any Harley dealer.
On a side note, the parts and accessory folks are very nice. I guess since they have nothing to gain by conning you, they are honest and friendly.
Overall, I give this dealership an "A" for selection and an "F" for business ethics. Don't trust them. Find the selecion somewhere else. It's isn't worth losing your money over.
Classes: the class staff is not as friendly as others, when it comes to bike instruction I would encourage folks to seek out an alternative.
