User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI initially had a problem with deliveries from past equipment providers, usually they deliver it, and if there's a problem takes them ages (just called last week 3 times) to just get someone on the phone to help. Colonial Medical supplies delivered my equipment the very next day after my doctor visit. The next day, my wheel broke off...I called, and behold; they came right away, 3 hours to be exact. I write this because they are the best provider I've ever worked with, surly recommendedâ¦â¦great customer service...

After a horrible couple of days in the hospital, I was sent home with a long list of supplies I would be needing from the surgeon. i was very concerned, because I do not have a lot of experience with such things. Luckily, I ended up at Colonial Med because I do not know what I would have done with out them. The staff was helpful and considerate. She was very compassionate and patiently explained the options that were available to me. Despite my condition, I was as comfortable as possible thanks to the suggestions of the staff at Colonial Med. I definitely recommend!

I have really great experience with colonial medical. The staff was great and helpful, they always seem to have my catheters in stock.
