User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had a wonderful expreience at Reed. The salesman was super professional and helpful. The final closing of the deal was a little slow b/c they were shorthanded in the finance dept. but even then they apologized for the delay and were very courteous. I just picked up the car from my first service appt. Again, friendly and fast. I like this dealership.

i purchased a use car at reed nissan 24,000miles and they were so nice at purchase. well once i took my car in for warranty concerns they are not as nice. Also all that you think would be under warranty IS NOT.. Each time i take my car they inform me of something else they find that I need $300.00 and above. Service dept. Nothing nice to say about it, and they have nothing Nice to say to you. Just my experience...

Horrible, horrible, absolutely horrible experience!!!
Salesman was very rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to help me at all. I wanted to see if I could test drive and salesman didn't want to do that simply because I did not look like I was going to buy a car that day.
He even told me that he did not want to waste his time for helping someone not buying a car that day. Unbelivable!
I have never thought that salesman could be that rude and I will tell everyone about that dealership's unprofessional customer service.
