You Would Think it was Rocket Science: Been here twice, the first time the order boxes were out of order and nearly impossible to place an order at all, the second time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. The sandwich came out fried and the french fries were cold because they were obviously boxed and let to sit while the sandwich fried. I sent the fries back and by the time I got hot ones, I had finished the sandwich and drink. Is it too much to ask for a hot sandwich and fries. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. The place was practically deserted and half the employees were standing out back smoking. This place is a great concept but poorly run and the food is mediocre at best. What a shame, could be a fun place and its only a couple blocks from home.
