having some knowledge about cars and going car shopping with my dad and doing my research i thought i could handle buying a car bymyself....but i was totalllyyyyy wrong, the salesman totally took advantage of me ad the finance guy was even more full of crap.It was the worst experience ever, they pretty much forced me to buy the car and made me feel bad for spending some time with me showing me how to properly handle the car (i really wanted it manual and i knew how to drive manual but not too well i only had tried it once before) but yes, they put me alot of hassle after the purchase was made telling me after i neded to put more money down and then while the saleman took the car to ge detailed the day i got it,the car came back with a dent on the pasanger door!!!! i would not advise anyone to go to this dealership.shop around before u result to greenway!
I took my car to the collision shop and repair time was estimated at 12.5 days. I got my car back 26 days later not finished and with an additional 122 miles on it! All that time and someone had found the time to take my crossfire on a joyride! Not to mention someone for got to replace a rubber mold around the rocker panel and rather than put it back they ripped the molding off the other side so they looked the same. Worst experience ever!!
We purchased our new 2007 mustang last year from another dealer (Courtesy) and had a warranty issue with the elctronic trottle control system. Well, the other dealer just reset the onboard computer and claimed "could not find any trouble". It acted upagain and I took it to Greenway but made a mistake. They fixed the bad mass air sensor. The mistake was to ask them to do anything else to the vehicle while it was there....we had the body shop repair a few scratches, well that was a big mistake the body shop is just terrible when it comes to quality and I went down there twice after being told it was finished, and it was not finished. This dealership has no concept of communications between departments. I almost left their with paying a service bill and not the body work because the service dept. cashier did not look up all the tickets on the car. If I was not an honest person, they would have lost some money, no matter the body work was so bad, I wish I would have just left the scratches in the front bumper.I took it back twice and there is still runs in the paint and spots they missed. What a mistake! DO NOT GO TO GREENWAY FOR BODY WORK!
