    They messed up my bike twice. After I heard noise coming the primary cover again soon after they replace the main drive chain, I pulled the cover only to find that they installed the tensioner BACKWARDS! The chain ate thru the nylon tensioner and needs to be replaced a third time. I'm done. I will either do it myself of find another repair shop.
