User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat Food But Service Faltered Last Night: Stonewood has great Ahi Tuna, steaks, fish dishes, and chocolate bread pudding. Their mixed drinks are weak and their pasta dishes leave a little to be desired. A dozen of us went there for dinner last night and, for the first time, the service was terrible. Drinks were slow or didn't arrive at all - more than a few times we had to ask our waiter Billy to go back to the bar to get the drinks we'd ordered from him 5-30 minutes earlier. The staff seemed really confused, which is not common for this very nice upscale eatery in Dr. Phillips. We had two waiters - Bill and Billy - Bill was expert in his service and recommendations, but unfortunately Billy was supposed to be the one waiting on our group. Billy gave us our bill twice and then took it back, noting problems, before I'd even finished reading it to see whatever problems he kept finding. Again, maybe they just can't handle groups, as I'd been there many times with my wife or one or two friends and had great experiences each time.
