| About: | If you've ever dined in one of the neighborhood Italian eateries in such cities as New York, Philadelphia and Boston, you'll feel right at home at Gargi's, where a relaxed crowd gathers. You might start with the Stracciatella or a hot eggplant antipasto. For a main course, the Chicken Cacciatore and the Spicy Shrimp Fra Diavolo are popular. Don't pass up dessert; the cannolis are a must. Gargi's is open through the week for both lunch and dinner. |

If forced to make a choice between Gargis and an autopsy table in the future, I'll take the cadaver. The place is disgusting and the waiter's hands smelled like a rotting cow pasture. Enter this spookhouse at your own risk.
What could be one of Orlando's most unique, romantic restaurants with a beautiful view is apparently run on Saturday nights by the owners(?) young child who plays, moves tables, watches cartoons loudly in the dining room and otherwise distracts both servers and patrons. very dissappointing!
I took a diverse group of 35 people to Gargis after a long meeting. It was an AMAZING authentic Italian experience!!! A very accomodating staff was eagerly awaiting our arrival at the lakeside dining room and definitely set the stage for a wonderful evening. The view was breathtaking, the service was exceptional, the food and wine were divine and the cannoli's were to die for. And what a great value-don't hesitate to make your next reservation at Gargis.

Cluesoe doesn't have a clue! The comparison between an autopsy and a restaurant makes one wonder if he has an overactive imagination or suffers from a wierd sense of humor. In either case, his review is childish and unfair to a very nice restaurant in a beautiful setting.
